Nascido em 1991, em uma pequena cidade chamada Santarém, em Portugal, Chico Noras logo percebeu que queria ser realizador ao descobrir que era a reencarnação de Chuck Norris, apesar deste ainda estar vivo. A partir daí, começou a praticar todos os round kicks  possíveis, apenas para perceber que o seu único talento era com a câmara de filmar. Provocar emoções  através de imagens em movimento é o melhor super poder.

Para além de cineasta, Chico Noras é também, desde 2023, co-diretor do Festival Internacional de Cinema de Santarém e Vice-Presidente do Cineclube de Santarém.

Born in 1991, in a small Portuguese town called Santarém, in Portugal, Chico Noras soon realized he wanted to be a filmmaker when he discovered he was the reincarnation of Chuck Norris, even though he is still alive. From then on, he started practicing every round kick possible, only to realize that his only talent was with a movie camera.  Provoking all kinds of emotions with moving pictures is an even cooler super power.

In addition to being a filmmaker, Chico Noras has also been, since 2023, co-director of the Santarém International Film Festival (FICS) and Vice-President of the Santarém Cineclub.
